The customer service and workmanship both 10/10. The whole experience went incredibly smooth, any questions were answered promptly and the online quoting system was easy and accurate. My partner and I had several businesses refuse to touch the bamboo flooring and were only given the option to demo and replace or glue vinyl plank over the top. We are both so happy we continued to phone around and come across the team at Floor.
