Why We Ask for Your Address and Suburb

When requesting a quote, our form asks for your address or suburb. If possible, please provide both.

The reason is simple. We service a far larger area than many people realise.

We do not charge additional travel fees based on distance.

Whether your project is in Spring Hill, New Farm and Paddington, further out in North Lakes, Redcliffe, Springfield, Ipswich, Cleveland or Beenleigh, or even beyond Brisbane in Noosa, Maroochydore, Caloundra, Bribie Island, Coomera, Robina, Burleigh Heads or the Gold Coast, there is no separate travel charge added to your quotation.

We ask for the suburb because location can sometimes affect scheduling on larger projects.

Most floor sanding and polishing projects take several days to complete. On larger projects, location can occasionally affect scheduling and project duration because travelling time reduces the number of productive hours available each day.

In some circumstances this may result in an additional day being required to complete the work properly.

That additional day is not a travel fee. It is simply allowing adequate time to sand, polish and finish the floor to the standard our clients expect.

Providing both your address and suburb helps us better understand the project location and allows us to plan the project schedule more accurately from the beginning.
